Located on Long Island's South Shore in Sayville, Collins & Main is a premier catering facility and restaurant. All parties however require a minimum of 35 people. In the event of fewer guests additional room charge is applied.
The highly trained chefs will help you customize a menu according to your taste and budget. Dinner includes hot and cold hors d'oeuvres like stuffed mushrooms, shrimp scampi and fillet Mignon medallions, a choice of appetizers, pasta course, a selection of entrees and a dessert, served with coffee and tea. Each course is not only delicious but a visual treat as well; the chef's dishes are presented as work of art. A four-hour open bar serves unlimited beer, wines and soda throughout your entire event. Cordials, cognacs and Ports are offered at an additional charge.
