Elegant Affairs is a full service off-premise caterer, founded by Andrea Correale. When she first started the company, she knew that she could provide fine cuisine and impeccable service, so she rented a small kitchen space where she was able to create her fantastic menus. The business was growing and soon she needed a larger space to accommodate her staff of 40 and offer tastings for her clients. Today, Elegant Affairs is the exclusive caterer at the historic club the Players in Gramercy Park and the mansion which houses the Nassau County Art Museum in Long Island.
Andrea has specially designed her Gourmet Foods-to-Go menus, which are perfect for clients who need help in preparing the food for their party but prefer to plan their event themselves. For each event the chefs arrive three hours prior to the guests. This time allows them to unload and set-up the kitchen and prepare everything at the location of your choice. Unlike other catering companies who bring the food already prepared, Elegant Affairs does all or most of the cooking on-site, at the event, providing you with restaurant-quality food. Beautiful presentation and creativity are part of every affair. The chef uses only the finest ingredients and the freshest produce to create your customized menu.
