The Firebird Russian Restaurant is an authentic pre-Revolutionary Russian restaurant that as walk through the two story high entrance into the dining room you will be taken back to the 16th century. The dining room is decorated with china, crystal, and other family collectibles while the library is home to many shelves of rare Russian books and if you follow the grand staircase, you will be able to imagine yourself as an heir of a Russian nobleman as you enter the parlor with antique chairs and empire sofas. Do not stop there; enter the elegant Grand Ballroom with domed ceiling and skylight to top of a wonderful adventure.
If you choose the FireBird Russian Restaurant for your special occasion, all of your guests are sure to remember the adventure. Examples of the excellent cuisine you and your guests will enjoy include for lunch you may choose Svinye Otbivnye Na Grille which is grilled pork chop, fruit almond pilaf, braised red cabbage, and pork jus. Other delights for lunch include Myaso Stroganov (filet of beef, mushroom in veal jus), Tushenaya Osetrina (poached sturgeon, champagne nage, chanterelle mushrooms, baby beets, green onions, grape tomatoes, and white truffle oil), or Morskoi Okun (pan roasted sea bass, manilla clams, carrots, baby fennel, fennel pollen-clam-fume).
Dinner Tasting may be your choice with such delicacies as First Course – American Osetra Caviar, Second Course – Pharshirovannikye Pomidor V Sobstevennom Soku (blanched tomato stuffed with minced lamb served in a tomato soup), Third Course Selodka Pod Shuboi (House marinated herring, pickled baby beets, pickled cucumber, soft poached egg, crisp cracker), with four courses to go.
