Walking through the vineyards and sampling the wine at Jason's will show you how much time and love goes into his wines. The 20-acre space is tightly grouped and produces fine pieces of fruit for the wine process. His innovation led to the making of a Meritage blend that combines cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and cabernet franc for a unique and flavorful taste. The tasting room is the place to experience this wine and more while you discover new tastes.
The other wines that Jason's Vineyard offers are paired with food that will compliment them the best. The Golden Fleece is best with lighter foods or is great all by itself. If poultry and seafood is what you are making, then the 2006 Chardonnay will be perfect while the 2000 Meritage compliments beef and lamb.
