The professional event planners will coordinate all details into one flawless celebration and provide you with personalized attention, regardless of the size of your event; their goal is to make your affair unique and truly unforgettable. They work with a few select vendors to provide you with all the services you might need such as DJs, photographers, limousines, videographers, florists, invitations, and custom favors.
And for those who prefer to arrange the event by themselves, Occasions Banquet Hall is available for rental, where customers are allowed to bring in their own food, drinks and decorations. They offer packages for both types to help accommodate your individual needs and budget. The three catered rental packages are basic, supreme and deluxe, all of which are served buffet style unless otherwise agreed. Hall-only rental packages are designed to allow you to bring in your own caterer. These packages range from hall-only rentals to events that are created with the look and feel of a fully-catered affair, with the difference that you decide exactly what services to use. All rentals are for eight hours and all include tables, chairs, parking, security if needed, and clean-up.
Occasions Banquet Hall provides wedding services under the name of Occasionally Yours. They offer event coordination and hosting, unique gifts, favors, decorations and more, and are members of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the National Association of Female Executives.

Q: What sort of different event packages do you offer?A:
We offer several non-catered packages and several catered packages. We have two packages for weddings that include almost everything a bride can ask for! We also have packages for baby shower, kids parties, sweet 16/15s, repast, etc.
Q: What is your minimum and maximum capacity for an event?A:
Our minimum capacity is 2, for an intimate city hall style ceremony. Our maximum capacity is 300.
Q: What is it that makes your establishment and location perfect for an event?A:
Serving the community, brides, and partygoers for over 10 years. Occasions is a haven for people who want to customize their weddings, birthday's, Sweet 16's, proms, holiday parties, and all special events to suit their own personal tastes. We boast three beautifully decorated rooms with separate entrances, spacious bridal suites, ample parking, and a courteous, helpful staff.
Q: How far in advance should someone interested in using your facility book it?A:
It all really depends on availiabilty. We do recommend to start at least a year ahead for less stress.
Q: What type of entertainment accommodations do you offer?A:
We have many wonderful DJ's, MC's who are sure to get everyone up and having a good time, and we also have lighting to add that extra glow to your event.

Q: What can you tell us about accepted payment methods, deposits, or payment plans?A:
We accept all forms of payments, credit, debit, check, money order, and cash. The security deposit is $300. We offer all patrons payment plans, with all final payments due two weeks before your event.
