And for those who prefer to arrange the event by themselves, Occasions Banquet Hall is available for rental, where customers are allowed to bring in their own food, drinks and decorations. They offer packages for both types to help accommodate your individual needs and budget. The three catered rental packages are basic, supreme and deluxe, all of which are served buffet style unless otherwise agreed. Hall-only rental packages are designed to allow you to bring in your own caterer. These packages range from hall-only rentals to events that are created with the look and feel of a fully-catered affair, with the difference that you decide exactly what services to use. All rentals are for eight hours and all include tables, chairs, parking, security if needed, and clean-up. Occasions Banquet Hall provides wedding services under the name of Occasionally Yours. They offer event coordination and hosting, unique gifts, favors, decorations and more, and are members of the Association of Bridal Consultants and the National Association of Female Executives.

A: We offer several non-catered packages and several catered packages. We have two packages for weddings that include almost everything a bride can ask for! We also have packages for baby shower, kids parties, sweet 16/15s, repast, etc.

A: Our minimum capacity is 2, for an intimate city hall style ceremony. Our maximum capacity is 300.
