What started as a New York City steakhouse on Second Avenue is now a thriving empire of over 25 restaurants across the country. The Palm Restaurant prides itself on being the oldest family-owned white tablecloth restaurant to expand across the United States and still maintain family ownership. The Palm tradition began in 1926, when two northern Italian entrepreneurs - Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi, decided to open a restaurant specializing in cuisine from their native Parma, Italy. In addition, the restaurant started offering steaks and seafood to cater to its clientele of artists and writers. Today, The Palm has its own meat wholesale company to ensure the high quality of its steaks.

Still in its original 1926 location the Palm on 837 Second Avenue in New York provides a unique dining experience and beautiful settings.
