In 1929 Ward Melville built the facility in the original form of a swimming club, enjoyed by the residents of the Old Field South. In a stylish beach-club setting the facility can accommodate from 25 to 180 guests. The Ballroom, The Lagoon Room and the open-air terrace, all of which are facing the water, are ready to serve any occasion customized according to your needs. Invite your guests for a dinner reception in the newly-renovated ballroom, adorned by original wood ceiling, brass chandeliers, a working fireplace and exquisite French doors leading to a spacious deck.
