Adjacent to the glass-walled cocktail room is the Veranda, elegantly designed with Verde porcelain tile, bronze tone cast seating and classic stone urns full of fresh seasonal flowers. There your guests will enjoy frozen specialty drinks and top shelf cocktails. Directly below the Veranda is the Waterside Patio constructed with geometrically designed brick pavers and traditional streetlamps. Next to it is the Bridal Pier used for the bride and groom's yacht arrival.
Master Chefs will prepare the gourmet cuisine for your special day. Your guests will be offered chilled champagne and strawberries upon entrance. The bar serves top shelf liquor, bottled beer, imported wines, frozen tropical drinks and juices. Choose among butler style passed hors d'oeuvres like Filet Mignon Brochettes, Smoked Salmon, Baked Clams and Mini Chicken Kabobs. Included in the menu are a Mediterranean Antipasto Table, cold table displays like sculptured watermelon and sliced fresh fruit, pasta station and hot chafing dishes such as Moussaka, Chicken Marsala and Fried Calamari. Dinner includes the traditional champagne toast, an appetizer, a pasta course, a salad, an entrée and a beautifully decorated tiered wedding cake.
