I really had a great experience organizing a conference here. I called the hotel because the location was ideal, and hoped for the best. I was actually really surprised that it was so easy, and I was able to go with my first pick. Usually it takes a few tries to find the right venue for something like this. Allison was really easy to work with, and she went out of her way to make sure that everything worked out for us. They have several different meeting spaces to choose from here, and she booked us one which was just right for our needs. She really surprised me because she went way beyond just reserving the space for me! She also made sure that we had all the equipment we needed for our presentations and everything. The fees were really reasonable, and it saved us all sorts of hassles. She set up several meals a day for us too, and we had tea and coffee at every meeting. Allison also helped me to work out the reservation details for rooms for those who needed them, and even gave me some pointers for travel and transportation stuff getting to and from the airport. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, and we were able to get right down to business. Whenever I needed anything, Allison and the rest of the staff were ready to help out, and she was just as friendly and accommodating in person as she had been on the phone. These are really great people to work with! I recommend this place highly for any business conference!
