We had our guests stay here who flew in for out of town for our wedding. The location next to the airport was why we chose it use them. It made it really easy to get everyone to the hotel and situated with their luggage, no hassles. There were enough hassles dealing with everything else for the wedding and the reception. While we didn’t stay in the hotel ourselves, we are still getting phone calls from people telling us what a nice stay they had. That surprised me. I expected to get a lot of calls about the wedding reception, but I didn’t think so many people would go out of their way to mention that the hotel was really nice and that they had a lot of fun staying here for a few days. I’m really happy it worked out.
I stayed here as part of a wedding party. The wedding was at a catering hall in town, but the hall that the bride chose wasn’t part of a hotel, so she needed to pick somewhere else to put all her guests. She was on a budget, but was paying for everything, so this was the hotel she ended up choosing for those of us who were flying into town to be part of it all. Is it luxurious? Not exactly. But it was very nice, and she did a good job picking it out. It was super close to the airport, which made it easy to get to and leave when we were ready to go home. Breakfast was free in the mornings (pretty good, better than most actually), and they had a fitness center and stuff. It was also kind of pretty; they have a waterfall and some gardening out front. Our room was simple but very comfortable, and it was fun being with all our friends and family we hadn’t seen in ages. She managed to get us all booked for the same area in the hotel, and most of us were right down the hall from each other. Made it easy for the party to go on all night. We spent a few extra days after the wedding here checking out the sights. It was our first time to Long Island and hopefully will not be our last. Next time we will stay here again.
We had a good experience setting up our meeting here. We needed a place where we could block out some rooms for guests traveling in from several locations, and we needed to keep the rates low, and this place had everything we were looking for, including the right size meeting space and all the amenities. They also turned out to have amazing customer service. The staff were willing to assist us with everything—getting set up, getting something to eat during the day, etc. The rooms they blocked out were nice and in a quiet part of the hotel. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and we will be using them again the next time we need to do one of these.
This was the natural choice for our event since we had so many people traveling in to participate from our remote offices. It made sense to host the meeting in a hotel so that it would be convenient for everybody. I was very pleased with the staff, the meeting room, the catering, everything. The employees who actually stayed in the hotel told me later they were very happy with their rooms. We will use them again next time.
They did a great job helping us out with our meeting. The facilities themselves were fantastic, and they had excellent catering too. The guests who were actually staying at the hotel said that it was very convenient and that they were pleased with their stay.
