Russo's on The Bay offers three elegant and unique dining rooms. The Renaissance Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests. Your guests will be amazed when the band stage separates and you make your grand entrance down the beautifully-lighted Broadway-style staircase. The newly-renovated Tivoli Room has a capacity of 260 people and features a glass elevator rising up from the floor, complete with lights and smoke for your entrance. Offering breath-taking views of the bay, the Florentine Room is one of Russo's most popular room. Perfect for smaller parties, it can accommodate up to 120 guests. The beautiful outdoor garden is ideal for your wedding photos. There are two private bridal suites, both of which overlook the bay.

Your dais and cake table are dressed with sophisticated linens. For your table and chair covers you can choose one of three unique linen patterns designed exclusively for Russo's On The Bay. Each couple will receive a personalized keepsake menu with your own selections, and specialty drink created exclusively for you. Your main course will be skillfully plated and garnished by the talented culinary chefs, creating a spectacular presentation. They'll create a customized tiered wedding cake with your personal style in mind.

Russo's has two kitchens and an in-house bakery, guaranteeing the freshest meals. Their menus are changed seasonally to highlight the delicacies of spring, summer, fall and winter. The executive chefs will assist you in customizing a menu according to your taste.
